Ms. Gomez Ocasio currently represents clients in civil and criminal litigation in U.S. Appellate, District Court and State Courts and has advised clients on a wide range of legal issues. Defending a large regional bank in a major Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) enforcement action involving the DOJ, Federal Reserve, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Aisha earned her Juris Doctorate from the Interamerican School of Law and a Certificate in International Law from the l’Université Paris-Sorbonne in Paris. While studying law, Aisha worked as a Corporate Trust Officer for a major bank in charge of several multi-million-dollar trust accounts. Her areas of practice include Anti-Corruption Practice, White Collar Defense, Whistleblower Cases, OFAC issues and more. Ms. Gomez Ocasio is admitted in D.C, New Jersey and Maryland, as well as multiple courts.
